-Delivery: Speed to market with minimum SR rejections, EBITA Impact

1. Clearance of SR's in TAT.

2. tracking rental fixation and escalation

3. working on Special drives for Difficult sites

4. working on Hold Sites resolution

-Quality: Statutory Compliance & HOTO of acquired sites

1. Working with Legal team for diligence parameters.

2. Seeking legal deviations where compliances cannot be met as mandated

3. Data accuracy on ISQ portal for sites acquired

4. Preparing Agreement Renewals

5. Maintaining HOTO of acquired sites with Deployment function

-CSP (Cell Site Partners) Management

1. Landlord Helpdesk Management through timely resolutions/Ticket closure for specific clusters

2. Landlord Engagement Programmed for specific clusters

-Corporate & Circle Specific Projects/Drives

1. TCP- Tower Consolidation (NoC & FNF)

2. Rental Reduction Drive

3. Releasing of blocked sites- Project Mermaid

-New Initiatives

Manage new initiatives such as IBS
