Job Description


  • Achieve given sales targets for assigned area and increase market share OSRAM Automotive products in Replacement market/After Market.
  • Business Development- Identify key gap areas (product wise and area wise) and develop new business. Identify key competitors for each product, their distribution and pricing (and the gaps within).     
  • Monitor timely submission of statutory documents (like C-forms), balance confirmation etc. 
  • Ensure timely submission of sales plan/FC, periodic as well as product wise.
  • Ensure stock supplies/replenishment within designated time period, in coordination with SCM team.
  • Ensure timely order log-in, allocation and billing for given area, timely submission and maintenance of record for all credit and defective claims in coordination with Customer Service te
  • Ensure a regular visit to all key customers of the region. Understand all customer complaints/grievances and propose solutions. Escalate where it deems fit.
  • Implement and monitor all Marcom plans/activities in given region in coordination with Marketing team.


Desired Candidate Profile

Education-


UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Electronics, Physics

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - International Business, Marketing, Other Management

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required


  • Looking for a candidate with at least 5-8 years of experience of handling dealers/ distributors/retail sales, of automotive components/ lighting products , preferably in major markets of the given area; Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh
  • Should have technical bent of mind with ability to handle new technical products/ LED based products also.
  • Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills with a rapport building ability.
  • Should be a go getter, with passion for sales, sell-out mindset and a learning attitude, and ability to take ownership of work.
