KAKINADA Institute of Technological Sciences (KISR) was established in 2008. KITS was promoted by KRANTHI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY. To strive for academic excellence and holistic development of emerging professionals is our motto.Premium Infrastructure needed for running an engineering college Viz. Well equipped Laboratories, Library, Seminar Hall, Lecture Halls fetched us the well deserved permission from AICTE and Affiliation from JNTU Kakinada in no time in the year 2009-10.The college is ideally located in a sprawling campus of 70 acre land dotted with hills and greenery. Calm and serene atmosphere prevails with almost zero pollution. It is adjacent to the National Highway No.5 and Pharmacity Colony and is approximately 30 kilometers away from Visakhapatnam Railway Station which is a 45 minute drive. College owns a fleet of brand new buses to facilitate the commuting of its Faculty & Students from every nook and cranny of Visakhapatnam and also from suburbs i.e., Yalamanchili, Anakapalle, Pendurti etc.The college takes the place of pride as it is run by eminent academicians, who are highly qualified, internationally acclaimed, having rich and varied experience as renowned professors of the Andhra University.
