About Institution

Since the Government is finding difficult to fulfill all the needs in medical education, the Safe Development Alms Trust, Palakkad has entered the scene of Medical Education. The trust has started the Karuna Hospital at Vilayodi, Chittur in the year 2004 and entered the Medical Education field in the year 2006 by starting Karuna Medical College as a part of Karuna Institute of Medical Sciences

To establish a Centre of Excellence for providing value-added medical education that combines effective teaching, focused academic exposure, productive research with the aim of training healthcare personnel with professionalism and spirit of love and service to the human being as their hallmarks.

Mission

We are constantly recruiting brilliant staff and provide state-of-the art infrastructure in an eco-friendly and peaceful ambience with a view to give a challenge to the students to become forward-looking, with leadership qualities dedicated doctors imbibed with compassionate love towards all, especially the poor and the downtrodden people.
