Kendriya Vidyalaya NER Bareilly came into existence in the session 1987-1988 with initial strength of 175 students. Since then, it has come a long way, growing from strength to strength with 1400 students enroll at present. The Vidyalaya located in a peaceful surroundings offers a conducive atmosphere for students, with impressive building, richly stocked library, sprawling playground, well equipped laboratories, mathematics Lab, and an air –conditioned computer lab. We aim at bringing about an effective, holistic and sustainable development on all spheres of student's life. Kendriya Vidyalayas are autonomous bodies affiliated to CBSE and run by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi. The Kendriya Vidyalayas by and large have become pace setting institution in evolving a National pattern of education with their uniform syllabus and standardized books giving fillip to the modern trend of education. Each Vidyalaya is a miniature India aimed at inculcating a feeling of patriotism, Brotherhood and National Integration among the students. Kendriya Vidyalayas prepare students for A.I.S.S.E. and AISSCE Examinations conducted by Central Board of secondary Education New Delhi.
