Education in Kendriya Vidyalayas Covers learning oriented programme for pupils over a period of twelve meaningful years beginning from Class I to XII. It aims at all round development of the child's interests and abilities. The Course of study and the conduct of Examination upto class VIII is prepared by the National Council of Educational Research and Training.Further from class IX to class XII both the material and evaluation is taken over by the CBSE. The Students are prepared on the guidlines issued by CBSE for AISSE (Class X) and AISSCE (Class XII), New Delhi. Due emphasis is laid on the curriculum on national identity, value education and life skill.
