About Institution

Krishnasamy Memorial Polytechnic College is run by Sri Krishnasamy Reddiar Educational Trust which was founded in 1990 by Dr.K.Rajendran, M.S., FICS.,FAIS., and eminent surgeon of Cuddalore. The trust is also running the Krishnasamy Memorial Matriculation Higher Secondary School at Cuddalore since 1990 and Krishnasamy College of Engineering & Technology since 2001 at S.Kumarapuram. The Trust was started with high ideals for advancement of education in this educationally backward area. In order to impart technical education to the students of Cuddalore and surrounding areas, the Trust has started Krishnasamy Memorial Polytechnic College in the year, 1997. The Polytechnic is situated at S.Kumarapuram which is about 6 Km from Cuddalore - Nellikuppam High Road.
