College was Establishes under Nehru Yuva Krida & Sanskrutik Mandal, Chikhli (Dist. Buldana) in year 2000 at remote villege Sakharkherda.The college was started B.A. as the main stream in year 2000, affiliated to SGB Amaravati University, Amaravati.The Commerce and Science stream were started in year 2008, affiliated to SGB Amaravati University, Amaravati.The college was recognized under section 2(F) and 12(B), by UGC in the year 2009.The college is running Courses, B.A., and B.Com & B.Sc. at UG level.Tourism, Translation proficiency, Information and Computer Technology like Career Oriented Programmes are also run by college.
Facility for certificate courses and Foundation courses in Human Rights Education (HRE) is also available in the college.
For distance learners, a centre for Preparatory course for BA at UG level and Self Help Group (Bachat Gat) under distance education by Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik is available in the college campus.
