Welcome TO LCS. Lourdes Central School, Bijai, Mangalore is under the umbrella of the Catholic Board of Education, of the Diocese of Mangalore, a religious and linguistic minority institution which is a registered body. Lourdes Central School was founded in 1999 by Late Rev. Fr Bernard D’Souza, who was an educationist with an experience of more than three decades in this field. His vision was to establish a school, with a difference and provide high quality and value based education to prepare our students to be upright citizens, honest and able administrators and politicians of tomorrow.

The school has a reputation for its caring commitment to scholastic and non-scholastic achievement. Our CBSE results are 100% in both the batches. Children are happy, work hard and succeed in most of their endeavours. We are however not complacent. We feel children should do their best. Experience and well qualified teachers, good and improving facilities and a supportive parent community and parent teacher executive committee and the management committee are vital factors to the quality of education we offer to your son or daughter.
