About Institution

English medium schools were started by British government through their representatives in India in order to get the literate persons who could read, write and keep accounts. The system revolves around three R’s i.e, reading, writing, arithmetic, The same system prevailed over a long span of time even after independence of India. In 1964 the government of India established the committee to review the situation, popularly known as kothari commission which revealed that “The fate of India is being written in her classrooms. ”This report changed the whole attitude towards education. The report proved an eye opener to all who cared for the betterment of the masses. At the same time, Japan, the toy makers, with no natural resources became leaders of the world economy leaving all European countries behind.This proved the knowledge and know-how, i.e, the human brain is greatest and above every resource.
It proved that no country in the world or any society can become prosperous and peaceful without proper education. Most of the human miseries are out come of human ignorance.
After my M. A. education through A.M.U in 1972, where in I read the comparative system of education then prevailed in 17 countries including Europe and India, right from pre-primary to university level.However it was clear that Indian system did not do much good or justice with the potential of its scholars. Only one faculty i.e, memory was put to work.
In 1975, I started Minto Circle School with a new zeal and confidence. The school tried its best to enhance the comprehension of the students, make them ethically strong and establish rich traditions for the school.
