About Institution

Mount Carmel College is a premier institution for women’s education in India. Established in 1948, it is run by the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST). It is a minority institution enjoying the relevant rights and privileges guaranteed by the Indian Constitution. The college offers Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Commerce & Management, Humanities, Science, Applied Science and Design. It is accredited with A+ by NAAC and is selected by UGC under the scheme’ College with Potential for Excellence (CPE).

Mount Carmel Institute of Management established in 1992, is an autonomous Institute approved by the All India Council for Technical Education.
