All are created in the image of God and born with equal rights to have choices for their well-being. But Persons with Disability were neglected, deprived and discriminated. Our vision is people centered development in an interdependent world on the basis of human equality through their full and active participation, relaying primarily on their own resources. We believe that human development frees people from want and exploitation. We must learn to love each other and respect each other’s rights despite the differences and be a sign and witness to Human Development through our preferential option for the PWD.

Mission

Our mission is to put the people first before things and democratize development to PWD with PWD by keeping VORD Society as a Catalyst and facilitator by empowering the PWD through its activities of prevention, early intervention, education and different types of Rehabilitative Programmes through community mobilization and bringing awareness among them.
