About Institution

NOBLE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY (NIMT) is an autonomous international business school and is a nonprofit organization established in the year 1990 by AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND RURAL EDUCATION SOCIETY under the SOCIETY REGISTRATION ACT 1960 BY the Government of Karnataka to promote distance education through its network of chapters all over India.

NIMT is accredited to UKAS ( United Kingdom Accreditation Services ) and ISO 9001 : 2008 CERTIFIED INTERNATIONAL B-SCHOOL. NIMT is also accredited by “National Council for Distance Learning ” ( NCDL ) and “ National council for Technical Studies ( NCTS ) it is autonomous bodies dedicated by ADRES society for the cause social and quality educational developments.

NIMT aims at fostering developments in distance education by creating uniform platform for co-operation & collaboration between Industries, companies & institutions offering distance education.
Primarily NIMT shall act as a conduit for those seeking information, assistance or technical advice about distance learning & to represent the interest of distance learning in India.
