N S S College, Rajakumari was founded as a first grade aided college in the year 1995 and is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.The college is situated in Rajakumari panchayath of Idukki distict, placed 5 Km away from Pooppara town in Kochi- Dhanushkodi National Highway.The college is equally distanced 35 Km each from Munnar, Adimali, Nedumkandam and Theni.It is geographically placed in between Munnar and Mathikettan hills of Western Guards.The college offers four job oriented Degree courses, B.B.A, B.C.A, B.Sc. (Electronics) and BCom (Model II), having six semesters spreading over three years.The College is equipped with four most modern labs (two each for Computer Applications & Electronics). The computer lab at present is equipped with 60 new generation computers which are divided into LAN, Windows NT Server based and standalone systems. The Electronics lab is also well equipped with the most modern instruments. There is a computer hardware/software lab attached to the Electronics lab which trains the students in the emerging field of computer hardware and software.
