One of the pioneering institution in the field of Homoeopathic education in India, established in the year 1959. It is governed by the Panchsheel HomoeopathicShikshan prasarak Mandal, a registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 vide Reg. No.B,63/1959.
The College was recognized by the Govt. of Maharashtra, under the provisions of the Homoeopathic and Bio-Chemic practitioners Act 1959, was affiliated to the Court of Examiners of Homoeopathic and bio-Chemic systems of Medicine , Mumbai for conducting the Diploma course in Homoeopathic. The college has switched over to the Diploma in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery course as framed by the Central Council of Homoeopathic, from the session 1983-84 The Govt. of Maharashtra was pleased to grant permission to this institute to conduct BHMS Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery, a degree course of 51/2 years duration inclusive of compulsory internship of one year, as framed by the Central Council of Homoeopathy, vides Govt. Resolution HED1491/1194/170/MED/7 at 13th March 1992, from the academic session 1992-93.
