Prasad Polytechnic Jaunpur has been established in 2008 by Prasad Education Trust with an aim to impart excellent technical education in the field of Engineering and technology.

The Institute insists on developing students into efficient technocrats in their selected pursuits by guiding them to build their insights, abilities ways of right thinking. The aim of Institute is to make more enrich and competitive in the field of Engineering and Technology. The Institute is approved by A.I.C.T.E. Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India and Govt. of U.P.
