About Institution

PRAVEENYA Institute of Marine Engineering & Maritime Studies(PRIME) was established in the year 2005 by a group of academicians and professional engineers on a sprawling area of 21 Acres of land with green lush, gardens in the lap of nature. It is located on the outskirts of the port and steel city, the famous City of Destiny, Visakhapatnam. At present PRIME is conducting Seven Engineering courses in Mechatronics, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Computer Science & Engineering and Marine Engineering.From the Academic Year 2014-15 Diploma 2nd Shift for Mechanical and EEE branches are introduced.
