Prita lee lesson school has been established in 1967 by Sr. Abnash Singh in revered memory of Miss Prita Takhat Singh D/o Late Bhai Sahib Bhai Takhat Singh ji of Ferozpur , who was a reputed educationist Miss Prita Takhat Singh was herself great educationist and social reformer and she had done great sacrifices for the cause of children education. She herself was a doctorate in education and was widely travelled and enlightened lady. Hence it is in the fitness of the things of that her name should be associated with this institution.

Vision

Students are expected to take Good Care of their health and keep robust and strong. Moreover they should be friendly with others in and out of the schools. Absolute avoidance of vulgarity in talk and behavior is expected out of them. They should accept whatever work is assigned to them as their rightful share and should face difficulties courageously. Talking morally students should always be ready to lend a helping hand at home to their parents, brothers and sisters; in school to teachers, companions and any unattended visitors they happen to meet in the school premises. The things that students need to keep in mind are to stand up when any teacher/visitor comes to talk to them, should never cheat or be unfair at play, should be truthful whatever the cost maybe. They should never be cruel as cruelty is the trait of a bully, while kindness is the trait of the gentleman. The virtues which follow further are to repeat liberty and rights of others. Students have certain duty towards school premises too and should report any damage they observe. They should never hesitate to say “NO” when asked or tempted to do a thing which they know to be wrong. Instead of lamenting and grumbling over the evils of the world, they should try to contribute their shares in making it a better place to live in and moreover they should look upon people from all parts of the world as their breather, irrespective of their caste, color or creed. At last most importantly, students should not waste their time in idle gossips and take pride in wearing their school uniform.

Mission

It is the avowed purpose of the School not merely to prepare a child morally, mentally & physically fit for the life but to mould him into the finest kind of citizen of which his country may be proud of. He is taught to work had in the class, to play games in the playground and assume responsibilities when the occasion arises. A high level of personal discipline and honour is demanded.
