Pydah College of Engineering and Technology at Gambheeram was included into the Pydah Educational Academy in 2002 and is affiliated to JNTU. The impressive building with the necessary infrastructure and requirements provides a congenial atmosphere for students aspiring for technical education and is nurtured by Dr.N.Vittal. The Pydah Educational Academy has maintained its pace of steady growth with the inclusion of a Bachelor’s Course in Education recently in the year 2003. This too showed an overwhelming response from the aspirants, and is executed by the experience of Shri S. Rama Chandra Rao. The Academy is making further plans and efforts to include new courses in order to satiate the academic appetite of one and all. The Academy provides state-of-the-art infrastructure with fully equipped laboratories and libraries in all the constituents of Pydah Educational Academy. The Academy embraces qualified, competent and experienced staff, both teaching as well as non-teaching, who put in utmost dedication and care for the over all development of the student community. A strong thrust is laid upon the overall development of the students by providing them with ample opportunities for participating in various inter-collegiate and intramural competitions. Students also take part in voluntary services under the aegis of the NCC and NSS wings of our Academy. Sports and Games play a vital role in the academic curriculum. Industrial Excursions and Guest Lectures too form an indispensable feature of the Pydah Educational Academy.
