Raibag Polytechnic is recognized by Government of Karnataka under GO No:ED8MPI85 Dated 16-03-1985 and approved by the AICTE, New Delhi under GO no: F2-15/b-111/RC-MB/93/3802, F.NO: 770-53-111/RC/94. Raibag Polytechnic was established in 1984 by the Shikshan Prasarak Mandal of Karnataka Area Committee, Raibag which has provided quality technical education to the rural youth through practical industrial training and coaching. In the year 1992, the Management resolved to link Raibag Polytechnic with the Raibag Sahakari Sakkare Karkhane Niyamit, Raibag.
