About Institution

The school is founded in the memory of Late Pt. Raja Raj Kumar Bakshi, a noted humanitarian and Philanthropist. Situated amid picturesque and spacious campus at Mehndi Ganj, Lucknow, it was started with just about 50 students and 3 teachers in the year 1980. Today with over 1400 students and more than 45 well qualified teachers, the school is affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi (ICSE / ISC), for and XII.
While playing adequate emphasis on the syllabus prescribed by the Council it also pays extra attention to the personality development which is emphasized by involving them in various art, cultural and sport activities through trained and well known people of these fields. In order to meet its goals, the school is guided by an expert advisory committee, which helps in updating and streamlining the teaching systems of the school. The main medium of instruction is English. Second languages are Hindi, Sanskrit and Urdu.
