Rajeshkumar Wadhawan Polytechnic Institute was formed in the year 2009 by the ex minister visionary shri – Nanabhau Embadwar Ex. Minister Maharashtra State. With the lofty Aim of providing quality and professional education. This institute was established on an expanse of 6.5 acres on Nagpur - Hydrabad highway with the approval of all India council for technical education and govt. of Maharashtra.
The college started the functioning from the academic year 2009 – 10 with five core branches and total intake of 300 students.
