The management committee is a team of well educated academicians under the guidance of the Founder and Chairman Mr.P.Vaman Rao, a veteran journalist worked in hindu news paper for 20 years & audit committee chairman of Birla Group of Industries was instrumental in the progress of the institution along with vice-chairman Ms. Mrinalini Chatopadyay, niece of the renowned English writer Mrs. Sarojioni Naidu . Ms. Rajasree- Secretary correspondent , and ,members Mr. Muralidhar IPS (Retd), Mrs. Manjeeta M.Arch, Mr.A. Vijaya Saradhi M.C.A. M.Tech (Birla Institute).

Our mission is to produce the academic, industrial and entrepreneurial leaders of tomorrow. We aim at creating advances in engineering and technology by working at the interfaces with the underpinning disciplines of Computer Science / Electrical, Electronics & Communication and I.T in B. Tech at Degree level.The Institution is affiliated to JNTUH ,Hyderabad. and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
Keeping in pace with scientific development, we work closely with practical and industrial exposure tailored to industry demands and prepare students with real skills for employment and needs of employer.
The members of the Institution are responsible for the development of the Institution.
The Fundamental responsibility is to chart the institution's courses and ensure that the institution has the resources needs to fulfill its mission.
The board also has a unique fiduciary role in finance and budgeting, in endowment and management, and in preserving and expanding physical resources.
