About Institution

The establishment of the R.K.S.D. College of Pharmacy, Kaithal is an expression of enduring spirit of Rashtriya Vidya Samiti (Regd.) which is running R.K.S.D. (PG) College, R.K.S.D. Sr. Sec. School & R.K.S.D. College of Education. During the past seven years the College has made significant contributions towards building professional skills of pharmacy focusing on Community Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy. Rapid strides have been made by the College in achieving its mission to strengthen, sustain and professionalize pharmacy knowledge through creative research, teaching and learning and by integrating with Organizations, Institutions and Universities. It is a matter of pride for all of us that the R.K.S.D. College of Pharmacy is being constantly ranked as one of the top Pharmacy Colleges of the Country. It is reflected by the excellent University & Board results and placement records of the College. Many pass out of our College are serving in reputed & multinational Pharmaceutical Industries as production, marketing, quality control and research personals and other are in academics. To update the knowledge of students, Guest Lectures by Experts from Industry and Academics, National Seminars, Workshops, Industrial visits are conducted at regular intervals. Faculty members are encouraged to attend University/AICTE/PCI sponsored Staff Development programs, refresher courses & National Seminars so as to update themselves with recent developments. These strategies have helped in continuous updating of our students & faculty members to reflect the dynamic changes in Pharmacy Education. As we strive for excellence in what we do, the College is constantly making endeavors to scale new heights by developing synergy between Academics, Research & Pharmaceutical Industry.
