Rosamma Minority College of Education, Kadapa is affiliated to Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa and recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Rosamma Minority College of Education was established in 2007 under Grace Rural Agricultural Cultural Educational Society, Kadapa. To study the one year undergraduate level B.Ed course. Applicants who have passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course. Admission is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in Andhra Ed CET. Counseling is conducted for the short-listed candidates, which determines the final selection of the applicants. The college has well equipped, airy and spacious class rooms with all modern facilities. The institute has well maintained library with wide range of books collection and journals. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Rosamma Minority College of Education, Kadapa in its various departments.
