About Institution

RTC Institute of Technology (RTCIT) approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Ranchi University, Ranchi aims to consolidiate as a pioneer Technical institution for running B. Tech. Degree Program in Engineering.


The Institute was established in the year 2008 by GAV SAMITI, a trust (30years old) working in the field of education only, having about more than 20 Schools, Intermediate, Degree and B. Ed. Colleges spread all over the State of Jharkhand, serving a large population and lighting the lamp of education even in the remote and inaccessible areas of Jharkhand.
The institute is situated in an excellent green environment on NH-33 (Ranchi – Ramgarh) about 20 km away from the city of Ranchi in a scenic area surrounded by water bodies and natural landscape, hilly areas with pollution free atmosphere most conducive for academic persuit. It is located about 1.75 km from Ormanjhi Chowk on Sikidri Road. The institute site is well connected with all weather roads. The Institute is being developed by a highly dedicated & motivated engineers, builders, architect & planners working with determination for achieving excellence.
