About Institution

The "Sidana Educational & Welfare Society" is registered under Society Act by a group of philanthropists who are academically inclined individuals and have decided to work together towards a goal for betterment of society at large. Sidana Institute was founded in the year 2007 with a vision to convert the precious energy of youth of today in to productive human resource of tomorrow.

The Group believes in the philosophy-education of the whole person in spirit, mind and body which is its guiding principle. It is based on the understanding that all people regardless of caste, religion, background, or upbringing have tremendous potential. This potential is explored and exploited by imparting the wholesome education thus preparing them to think critically and to recognize how their endeavors contribute to the well being of the society in particular and the country in general.

The Group has a sprawling ten acres of land situated at Amritsar-Lopoke Road, near Ram Tirath and is roughly 14 K.M. from Railway station and is well connected by public transport. The institution offers graduate and post graduate courses in the areas of Management, Computers, Hotel Management, and Fashion Technology.

To be a reputed organization by catering to the interests of the rural society by enhancing their accessibility and affordability for quality professional education which will make them acceptable at national and global levels.

Mission

The society is establishing quality institutions for graduate and post graduate levels in the field of management and computers. It would conduct research and development activities and provide consultancy to the industry. It would establish linkages with the technical institutions of higher learning, industry and research and development laboratories. It would create academic excellence by means of quality intake of students and recruitment of competent faculty.
