The opening of the Sree Narayana College, Sivagiri, marked the fulfillment of a long cherished dream of the Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam and the Sree Narayana Trusts. Affiliated to the University of Kerala, the College is managed by the Sree Narayana Trusts, Kollam, one of the leading educational agencies in the state.
The vision of the college is to train the youth to cast off the dead habits of the past and to open their minds to the ever-widening and noble vistas of knowledge. This will help them fit properly into the modern age of science and technology with their feet firmly planted on morality, our college stives to mould generations, in order to free them from castes sectarianism and exploitation and above all to make them worthy disciples of Sree Narayana Guru and living embodiments of his ideas. We consider education an instrument of socio-economic progress, political development & moral social and intellectual awakening in each student.
