About Institution

Sri Gokulam trust is a charitable trust established in 2003 by Dr. K. Arthanari with an aim to promote and establish Educational Institutions for imparting education in Health Care professional Courses. Sri Gokulam School of Nursing started in the year 1992 and College of Nursing in 2001. The Programme was started with the aim of providing excellence in teaching, research, service and leadership along with every other facility at par with the best. The College is approved by Govt. Of Tamil Nadu, recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi, the Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai and affiliated to the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G. R. Medical University, Chennai.

The College is located in the National Highway (NH - 47) between Salem - Coimbatore in a well ventilated greenish ambience with natures fresh air and water. The College offers excellent clinical facilities to students in 340 bedded specialty hospitals situated in the heart of the city which has over 26departments spearheaded by Internationally trained doctors who are skillfully supported by a team of Nurses. The College has an excellent team of experienced, knowledgeable, creative and committed faculty to sow the seeds of knowledge on students for their overall development. In Addition to the regular teaching, students are offered training in Soft skills, Effective communication, Public speaking and they are motivated to shape themselves as a complete professional to be employed in a reputed Institution/ Organization.
