Sri Jay Maruthi Polytechnic College has been started in the academic year 2008-09. This Institution was situated at 13 KM away from Attur on Salem-Chennai Main Road (NH-79). The main objective of starting this polytechnic college is to impart technical education to the people from rural domain and create qualified technicians in our country for the needs of expanding industrial growth in the light of globalization.
The Institution has its own attractive campus with full fledged permanent building and well equipped laboratories as per AICTE and state government norms. The Institution has appointed a well experienced principal and dynamic staff member. Thus the establishment of this institution fulfills the long felt need of the people of this region, who aspire to study a technical course.
