The school has classes from L.K.G. to Standard XII. It is a boarding cum day school. It has a strength of above 1200 students. The school follows the Tamilnadu Anglo Indian Board from classes I to X and follows the Tamilnadu state government syllabus in classes XI and XII. The academic year , in accordance with all the Anglo Indian schools in Tamilnadu is from June to April.

In sports and games at the English Speaking Schools of the Nilgiris Athletic Meet for the 22nd year in succession we have elevated an by being proud winners in Foot ball at the state level in 2008.
