About Institution

Tenughat Mahavidyalaya was established in the year of 1982 at Tenughat, Bermo sub-Division of Bokaro District in the state of Jharkhand. This Mahavidyalaya is a permanent affiliated unit of Vinobha Bhave University, Hazaribag and registered under section 2F and 12B from University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi. It is an aided unit of Jharkhand Government.

This college was established with an view to 'Provide education to All' in this undeveloped area. Major Population in surrounding of this area are St, SC and Other backward costs. The main goal of this College is to provide education among the deprived, poor and needy people.
