Thandra Paparaya Institute Of Technology Science, Kotavani Valasa the Institution and under his efficient supervision and care academic segments of the Institution like faculty, labs, library, accommodation etc were groomed and taken shape.

In northern coastal Andhra Pradesh during the year 2001' Thandra Paparaya Institute of Science and Technology (TPIST) was established in serene and tranquil atmosphere of 50.00 acres terrain by Sri T. Bhaskara Rao, the President and. Correspondent of Sri Lokabandu Educational Society, Bobbili with exuberance and dedication to technical education.

Since its very inception the institution blooms with full fledged faculty, spacious buildings, for labs, library, hostels etc with out any compromise over standards and huge play ground for boys and girls, the avenue for extra circular activities.
