The Chintels School, was established in the year 1989 by Mrs. Anurag Vij. From last 21 years it has been striving towards Jyoti (light), Preeti( love) ,Shanti( peace) and Neeti ( truth) ; the four houses of the school. The Chintels aim at always more and always better in these four arenas and inculcate the same in every Chintelian.

The school has an outstanding record of academic success achieved in a happy, busy, purposeful and caring environment along with the backdrop of broad extra-curricular activities. The focus is very much on the individual and the school enables every child to fulfill his own potential, both academically and socially, whilst developing a respect for self and for others and a sense of responsibility, which extends beyond the classroom into the local and worldwide community.

Opportunities abound the students to take part in an impressively diverse range of activities.All students, whatever their abilities, are encouraged to enjoy. Whether, it is their love for sports to find a physical activity school has playgrounds, skating ring, gymnasium and swimming pool. Music, that is popular and vibrant with active participation by the students. School has well equipped music rooms both for western and Indian music. Computer labs are designed for catering to the best requirements of students not only for their curriculum but for their interest computers and technology as well.

Library of the school is made in such a manner as to inculcate reading habits in the child. The library has over 10,000 books, which is updated regularly. There are books of different genre so that the child can pick up the book matching his taste. The school library has also got curriculum books if the student needs for extra-study material. There are also various periodicals, which helps the student update himself with the latest happening around.

School also has an auditorium where students portray their acting, oratory and dancing talent on stage.

Keeping in pace with the latest technology the school has well equipped AV (audio-visual) room which enables the child to understand things in a better way, it makes learning a fun experience and also helps the child in matching up with the technological knowhow.
