The Junior Study is a ‘pre-school’ catering to the special needs of the very young children. The age group in the school is from 2 ½ years to 6 years. Children usually start school in the play-pen / pre-nursery section and graduate through Nursery, Lower KG, and Upper KG.

When the children leave at 6 years of age, they are well prepared for the 1st grade with a firm foundation in English, Maths and Hindi.
The approach to teaching such young children is taken form the most tried and tested traditional methods and the best of modern methodology. This happy mix of the traditional and the modern has proved to be an excellent approach in their training and has stood the test of time. The school was started in1976 specifically as a specialized Nursery and KG school. At that time Amritsar had no institution devoted only to the needs of very young children.
