The Togari Veeramallappa Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bellary was started in 1985 by the V.V.Sangha to provide the teaching and training facilities for the students to take examination in Diploma in Pharmacy. Later, this College started B.Pharm course in 1991 and M.Pharm course in Pharmaceutics in 2011. Sensing the great demand for pharmacists serving in Hospitals, clinical, nursing homes, regulatory agencies, clinical trials this College started a six years Pharm.D course in 2011. This College building with built up area about 40,000 Sq.ft. is well equipped with spacious laboratories, class rooms, well furnished voluminous library and other facilities to nurture the young minds. All the courses are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, Bangalore, and are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.
