Vadaranyam College of Education which functions under the Trust will be a model pedagogic centre designed to cater to the essential needs of teacher trainees to perform effectively in the modern technological world and it’s Knowledge Society. Society expects them to be the effective professionals and role models. Professionals need to impart skills that match state of the art in whatever branch of knowledge they function. Role models have sacred task of shaping the young mind by nurturing it on values and life-skills.

Mission

Vadaranyam College of Education seeks to realize its aforesaid vision through program’s designed to impart rigorous training to achieve academic and pedagogic excellence; to refine skills of speaking and writing in English; and to promote self-learning and self-management of academic advancement. Mentoring words in and out of class for all-round development is its chief mission. Scientific methods, integration of concept and practice, external pedagogic practice, involvement in neighbourhood community, continuous and formative evaluation of skills rather than memory, transactional strategies, use of modern education technology and creative innovation in teaching will form part of the College’s pedagogic mastery and practice.
