In 2009-10, college has successfully organized two major academic events:

International Conference on English Language and Literature Today – 2009”

(ICELLT-’09) and “National Conference on Materials Science: Trends & Future – 2010”

(NCMS-2010). Her Excellency, Smt. Prathibhatai Patil, Hon’ble President of India,

paid visit to inaugurate NCMS-2010.In 2009-10, college has successfully organized
