The institute is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The institute offers seven diploma courses, viz. Chemical Engineering, Electrical Power System, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and Medical Electronics. The first four diploma programmes are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi. Unaided Polytechnic which has been adjudged as the winner of ISTE-Narsee Monjee Award for Polytechnic having Best Overall performance in Maharashtra State for the year 2009.
