About Institution

Envisioning the far sighting vision of educating the Girl Child, Sir Mathuradas Vissanji laid the foundation for Lady Vissanji Academy, in the early 60’s. The academy distinguished itself upon the achievement of each milestone with fortitude and a vision firmly grounded in benefitting society at large. Thus, the academy went through a 50 years of expansive progression, finally developing into a co-ed institution and achieving prominence as The Vissanji Academy.
The Academy’s qualitative approach and an emphasis on all-round development is ably supported by a recognized ICSE curriculum.
