About Institution

Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Institute of Pharmacy Bachelor Degree (YTIPB Degree), is located at Chandai Campus I, Bhivpuri Road, Karjat. YTIPB Degree is managed by Saraswati Education Society, a Public Charitable Trust with its office located in Dadar Mumbai. It was established in the year 2005 to meet the ever growing demand of pharmacists. Preventive medication is being increasingly preferred over curative medication across the globe, resulting in increased activity in the pharma sector and automatically increased job opportunities.
Within its few years of inception, it now prides itself of providing quality pharmacy education to the students of the city of Mumbai and beyond. The course is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Mumbai University. YTIPB has a marvelous spacious infrastructure, experienced and innovative teaching faculty with some faculty pursuing higher education through research work, the Institute is acquiring a true global setup. YTIPB has a closely monitored "Quality Assurance Mechanism" ensures proper coverage of syllabus within right time frame. The Pharmacy Department includes Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology.
