Dr. Ashok Seth, who is perhaps one of the most recognized and respected Indian Cardiologists in the world, has contributed extensively to the growth of Cardiology, especially Interventional Cardiology, not just in India but worldwide. His expertise and skills have won him universal respect and accolades, and his efforts have carved a spot for India on the global cardiac care map.Dr. Seth is the Vice President of the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology for 2013-2015, and the Immediate Past President of the Cardiological Society of India-the official National Body of all Indian cardiologists.

 He was the first Asian cardiologist to be elected to the Board of Governors of Society of Cardiac Angiographies and Intervention (USA) - the official professional and regulatory body of interventional cardiologists in USA.The Government of India honored him with the padma Bhushan award in 2015.
